Dear valued supporters of Huntsville Independent Press,
As we embark on another year filled with new possibilities and opportunities, we wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for your unwavering support. Your commitment to our mission and dedication to our vision have been instrumental in the success we have achieved thus far.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in us. It is your belief in our work that has allowed us to thrive and make a meaningful impact in the community. Your support has not only enabled us to deliver a beautiful book to the market, but has also provided real and verifiable experience to two students of Samford University who are looking to enter the publishing workforce.
Looking ahead to the coming year, we are excited to share with you our plans for further growth and advancement. We remain committed to delivering unbiased and ethical publishing experiences, shedding light on important issues, and giving voice to the underrepresented. Our goal is to continue providing you with thought-provoking books that inform, inspire, and engage. Keep your eyes peeled in the near future for more news regarding the company’s direction.
In the 2024, we will be investing in new technologies and expanding our digital presence to reach a wider audience. We will also be enhancing our print offerings, ensuring that our readers have access to the best possible reading experience. Through these efforts, we aim to further strengthen our position as a trusted source of great stories.
None of this would be possible without the collective effort of our dedicated team. We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of them for their hard work, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence. It is their tireless efforts that have shaped the success and reputation of Huntsville Independent Press.
By name, we’d like to give credit to Hannah Collins and Alaina Boyer, our two Samford students who helped pilot both our internship program as well as our Ethical Publication Certificate program. Additionally, we’d also like to give a special “thank you” to author Faye Rapoport DesPres and illustrator Anya Lauchlan for the creation of HIP’s first published book, “Soul to Soul: Tiny Stories of Hope and Resilience.” Finally, we want to acknowledge the dedication for our in-house team. Mackenzie Staggs and JaKyra Phillips are both always standing ready to tackle the next project when the call comes in. We appreciate all of the efforts given and the excitement that they have for the future of this company.
As we move forward, we remain committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and serving as a beacon of fairness for the publishing community. We will continue to prioritize accuracy, fairness, and accountability in all that we do.
Once again, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your support. Your belief in our mission is what drives us to push the boundaries and strive for greatness. We are truly honored to have you by our side on this incredible journey.
Wishing you a prosperous and fulfilling year ahead, filled with new adventures and endless possibilities.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Joshua Adams
